    I'm finally there! Onderland!

    I think the last time I weighed less than 200 pounds was High School...It has definitely been 15 years or more Atkins & ADBB Rule!

    240 - University grad weight - Met July 29, 2009
    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

    Big Congrats that must feel fantastic, can't wait to join you there!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                        Congratulations Julie, that is an awesome Christmas present you gave to yourself! I know how long it must seem you waited for that number, but so worth it! And you are looking great!

                        I have actually lost close to same amount, but I am still FAR from onederland... in fact, almost anywhere in onederland will put me very near goal (I plan to get a sports medicine friend of mine to calculate my body fat percent more accurately when I get closer to that so I have a better idea what my goal weight even should be). I reached a mini-goal myself just today, slightly over the halfway point, and I know you reached your halfway point not too awfully long ago, so I find your journey inspirational. Too bad I am not yet looking as sharp as you are these days, LOL! I'll just keep working at it.

                        Anyway, way to go!
