Not to shabby I say so myself. That included going off plan for 2 days. Hopefully it keeps up. This has been relitively with no exercise either, I start my Muay Thai on monday, so that combined with the gym membership I just got I will be "working out" 2-3 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, sometimes more (Muay Thai is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for 3 hours each, plan on the gym Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday for about 1h 30m, half cardio, half weight training).

If I can keep this going, I can really see myself at or near goal weight by my birthday (June 19tth).

Wow - congrats on that amazing loss!

GOOD FOR YOU starting a new exercise routine!!! You'll really see the pounds fall off, now!

Once I started exercising regularly, the scale started moving consistantly! Plus, it makes you feel soooooo good for the rest of the day!
***Weight loss on pause while I make a baby real quick.***

Yay! Well done! I'd be interested to hear how your muay thai goes - I am a kickboxer (American KB) and it's always good to hear about other people's training. 3 hrs sounds intense - you'll be at goal in no time!

It will be intense. 1h 30m of what they call integrated fitness followed by 1h 30m of Muay Thai. I'm also going to be doing their BJJ class on Monday-Wednesday-Friday, just not right away tho (don't want to spend $200 on an A4 only to have it be way to big for me and in need of an A3 in 2-3 months).

I just can't wait to get back to training. I'm a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do but haven't practiced that since my teens and I also have some Krav Maga experience from my time in the Marines.
