  • Woohoo! First Mile-Stone

    Today, I celebrate. This morning I weighed 199. Im down nearly 20 pounds in just over 3 weeks! I have not been sub 200 in about 6 years.

    So excited i actually wore my suit to work today - may seem like a strange way to celebrate, but like alot of my other clothes, the suit just looks better now!

    So, thank you ADBB for all the resources, answers, and motivation!

    I bet the suit looks great and I am sure you are walking taller in it today!

          Congrats I'll see you in Onederland shortly!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          Current Mini Goals:
          1) 35 pounds lost
          2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
          3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
