Woohoo! Scale is finally moving

After 2 weeks of induction I took off 9.5lbs. Moved onto OWL and for 3 weeks I have lost 1lb but some inches off my waist, hips and bra band. This morning I woke up with a 2lb loss. Woohoo! Apparently it takes the scale some time to catch up with my body shrinking.

And ladies...this is odd. I went from a 36C to a 32DD???? Apparently when you move down in band size you move up in cup size cause I know the girls are not getting bigger. I'm just lucky they are not shrinking as fast as my band size.

congrats on getting the scales to finally move.

Impressive you didn't shrink cup size. I know I did and loved it, but I was much bigger then you to begin with.

yes that is one of the bra fitting tips. If your bra isn't fitting properly try going down in the band but up in the cup. I did that a year or so ago after reading about it online and it's been much better. Finally my bra fits the way it should be.

I had a same problem a couple of years ago when I went on the Atkins, I went up a cup size but lost everywhere else. Its so weird huh?

My boobs have gone from 36b
to a 34b I love it!!! LOL my little perks are coming back!! hahaha
