Thanks to you guys and your posts......and my wii. My other motivation is how great I feel...can do stairs pretty easy....ride my bike 30 min a day...at 15 to 20 mpg..and level 3....without huffing and puffing (time to up the resistance I think).
Today has been great....saw two people I had'nt seen and both said how much thinner I look..and they said my face is thinner too.
This was a great boost and will motivate me even more to stay focused and stay on Atkins.
I had hoped to be 250 by the 4th of July and now i think i can do it......
I wont stray from my routine...drink lots of water...exercise...atkins...great combo that works and for me get's easier each day....
