  • 52 pounds down!

I just posted on the new member board although I have been around here lurking for a while. I finished my 12 week challenge at Gold's Gym and lost 52 pounds. I enjoy going to the gym as well as walking around town. I still have about 90 pounds to go. I am on rung 3 but I am not sure about moving up the rungs. I think this site is great and I love reading all of the posts. When I get my before and after pictures I will try to figure out how to put them on here.

After three comes rung four. It is berries. This is a great time to try some strawberries if you want. They are good to eat with dairy or nuts or in a salad.

                Congrats!
Don't fear the rungs, they are how we learn to do this for the long run. I'm thinking of bumping up to 6 soon, and I still have over 40lbs to go (maybe 50 or more...I haven't really decided on a goal weight).
