    First Week of Induction Results!!

    So I started my journey last tuesday & so far I am down 8 lbs I love how much easier food choices are now! Hopefully things go as smoothly as they have this past week! I will definately take 8lbs!!
    Starting Measurements:
    (ACTUAL)
    Bust: 44 inches Now:38
    Waist: 41 inches Now: 33
    Hips: 54 inches Now: 46
    Thighs: 31 inches Now: 27
    Arms: 15 inches Now: 14
    Neck: 15 inces Now: 13.5
    (GOAL)
    Bust: 36 inches
    Waist:29 inches
    Hips: 38 inches

              Thanks guys! I actually just counted calories before i started atkins and lost 20lbs.. but i always get better results ( my body responds better to low carb ), so the measurements are including the low cal diet
