    7th week on atkins(pics)

    Ok so here are my pics after 7 weeks of doing atkins! I will post a before pic aswell....I have worked extremely hard at this diet, and feel I have found my new WOE for life I want to thank ALOT of you on this site for helping me stay strong!!! I still have a bit to go...but I feel fantastic!!

    upload them into a photo album on here, and then post them from that photo album.

    there sure is a difference in your tummy.. well done!

     1st goal: 200 - Met January 29, 2010
         2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
     3rd goal: 180
    4th goal: 170

      Started 3-29-10
      Total lost = 26 pounds

      1st goal = Lose 50 pounds
      2nd goal = Get under 200 pounds
      3rd goal = Reach 170 pounds

          Great Job.. Keep it up....

          I actually put my photos in photobucket and you can resize them.
          then copy the IMG code and paste it in your thread. I find the medium is a good size..

                Lol well they are doing!! The pants I was wearing make my bum look saggy...but its just the pants i swear! haha
                I still have some time before bathing suit season!!
