  • 150s Finally!

    Hi Everyone!

I finally broke the 160s and weighed in at 159 this morning!

I started this diet about 3 weeks ago and lost 8 pounds incredibly fast in the first week. Then TOM came and stress from school finals, which I believe must have caused the scale to not budge even a pound for a week and a half. I was getting so frustrated, but this morning is the day that I feel motivated again and I am looking forward to my next goal of 155lbs.!

Slow and steady wins the race!!!
