I usually weigh myself once a week (or twice in last weeks case). This past week I've been fluctuation in small amounts hovering over 342. I hopped on this morning hoping to start out the week with some good news. The scale said 338 which means I've lost 30 lbs since April 6th (34 days). I still don't see much of a difference, but that's definitely because I see myself every day. My pants are definitely baggier though and I've gone down 3-4 holes in my belt.
