Let me first say that you guys are a great inspiration to me, especially when I see the before and after pics. WOW!!! :icondance
Anyway over the past few years I have done the Atkins diet about 3 times, each time losing around 10lbs. I always quit though because I got so bored with the menu and I literally got to where I would want to throw up if I smelled any kind of meat. :sadblinky I went on other diets and nothing else has even came close to working. I want to restart but I am afraid of being a failure again....hence my member name. :help If I could only find new things to eat or even just stay motivated....I am thinking of starting tomarrow so until then wish me luck. :yikes

      Welcome to the boards!

have you looked through the "recipe" forum, for help making new foods that you aren't sick of? You might find there is more variety then you previously thought

      Goodluck!

        Welcome to the board!

And I'll repeat Mary-chan, Have you looked at the recipe section of the board. It's absolutely possible to go six months and never have the same meal, just with recipes on this board, never mind other sources.

I'm boring but I eat what I like to eat so I never get bored.

Good luck and we're here to support you!
        Jim

Thanks for the warm welcome :hug
Yeah I've looked at recipes but I am afraid to try them because I am afraid they either won't taste good or they are to expensive to make but if I am wanting to succeed at this I am going to have to make sacrifices. :yikes

          Oh well, Happy Memorial Weekend!

You can try reading the food forums there are many there who can give opinions on the recipes they have tried.

Good luck. Glad you came back. As for recipes, there are fantastic ones here in the recipe section, in the book and in the Atkins.com website. I have more recipes than I have time to fix them. I am always trying new things and eating things fixed differently. Make it a point to try new things. You won't get bored and you will stay motivated if you are happy with the foods you are eating!
