    Good Morning Everyone,

My name is Dina and I am so ready for this!
I did Atkins about 5 years ago and lost 85 lbs. Well, I have gained
about 30 lbs back over the course of 3 years and I need to feel good
again. Please give me some advice on how to begin. The last time
I tried this I was totally motivated (as I am now!). Just a few questions
if you dont mind. Can I eat chicken wings on Induction? What about
drinking regular coffee, I cant handle the headaches from the decaf
    withdrawl. What do you do?
    Thank You,

Chicken wings are the #1 Atkins friendly food. I love them
You should try to give up the caffine it stalls many, but I understand it took me about 9 months to get rid of it.
Do you have a 2002 DANDR? That is the version we use around here.

We are so glad you found us and look forward to get to know you.

Hi bluheart :wave Welcome to ha

Yes, chicken wings are a staple for this WOL!! And perfect for induction.

I was a coffee drinker too. It was very hard to stop using the real mccoy. What I did was to mix regular with decaf and continue to cut back the amount of regular until eventually I was using straight decaf. The symptoms were not nearly as bad that way.

Here's a link to the 14 day induction thread. It's the perfect place to start.

      Best of luck to you...

          Welcome to the board!

I don't know what I would do without chicken wings, or burgers for that matter. As far as the caffeine, try to let it go. Slowly if you must, but one of the core points of this plan is to break addictions. Caffeine is a nasty addiction and withdrawal can be brutal.

          Good luck!

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
