Hey all, I came on here to hopefully find some people to chat with about this diet, because I've done it before, but it only lasted about a month, but I did lose weight and was happy with it, but now have gained it back plus more, I'm now 5'6" and weighing 215, which is the most I've ever weighed. I'm 18 years old and my name is Ashley so if anyone would like to talk and/or give me tips on how to make it work, it'd be very much appreciated. Thanks.
