  • Hi,

    I am new to this board, but not new to Atkins. This is my third try at it and I am on day 5. Looking forward to working with everyone, while on this voyage of losing weight and feeling great. Need advice and feel that the more I get the better I am going to be.
    Life is not like a bowl of cherries, it is like a jar of chili peppers, what you do today~will BURN you back tomorrow!

    I love vanilla, the smell, the taste...oh never mind.

    Anyway, you've found a great place for motivation and support. You will find a wealth of information here. Read, read, then read some more! If you still have questions, post them and someone I'm sure will know the answer.

      Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
      Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
      First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
      Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!
