HI! I'm Krista- I started Atkin's 2 years ago the begining of June, and had great success (I lost 70lbs). I fell off the wagon this past December and even though I tried to get back on several times I failed- and ended up not caring and gaining 15lbs. Recently I saw pictures of myself when I first started Atkins and decided I never want to look that way again. One week ago today I started back to this WOL- and have lost 5lbs. I also started to excersise regularly again, and feel much better about myself already. I realized I was letting down many people by letting myself go again- especially myself. I also realized that I cannot do this without the support of people on this board. Though I don't post often I read the advise given to others and learn from that. Thanks for being here to help me get to my goal. Krista
