  • Hi everyone!

I'm not new to low carb, but I guess this is the first time I've actually read DANDR and started hard-core Induction. I've lost weight before doing this (nearly 70 lbs)--but I gained it all back plus 30 more within 3 years (college/dorm life full of fast food will do that to ya!) Anyway, my husband and I are both starting Induction...me officially as of today. I am hoping to lose ALL of my weight this time, AND keep it off FOR GOOD!!!!! It's great to be here! :joy

Welcome to the board! Good that you've read the book.

Now with the support and motivation you will find here, all you can do is succeed.

        Good luck!
