  • Hello from Ireland

:nod Hello all... just thought i'd drop in and introduce myself.

I'm 31 and from Ireland. I've been overweight all my life but last year I managed to lose 60 pounds with Weightwatchers, was getting comfortable with my new size, and made the biggest mistake in a dieter's life - I thougt I was invincible !!!!.... and so the story of the weight increase began. I decided that I had cracked the weightloss problem and began to have a takeaway here, a bar of chocolate there, and soon I was back to where I started from.

My best friend tried Atkins six weeks ago and so far has lost 20ls. So with an open mind, I decided to view this site 2 weeks ago, and immediately thought to myself - wow ! these people are amazing, their courage and determination is unbelieveable. So I would like to say a big thank you to you all, because the more I read your posts, the more I became enthusiastic and decided to tackle my weight once and for all, emotionally and physically.

Anyway, I am on day 2 of induction and feeling great. Long may it continue
