Hi everyone! I just started the induction phase yesterday, and I wanted to sign up to a board like this for some support and advice during my dieting! Throughout most of my teenage years I was slightly overweight. During my last year of high school I began exercising and lost about 20 pounds, bringing me down to a weight of 135. Yet during my first year of college, I gained 30 pounds due to a lot of overeating and emotional stress. I tried low calorie/low fat diets throughout the year, but I would get to a point where I just couldn't take anymore and I would gain back everything I had lost. I started this diet to lose those thirty pounds and to hopefully break my addiction to sugary, carbohydratey foods. I've been browsing around, and some of the posts here have been really inspiring... I'm looking forward to loosing weight now !
