    hello there.
i bought the DANDR in june and started induction. i have had to start over a few times due to some weak moments but i am still trying and have overcome a lot of the cravings. it is definately working, in a lot of ways and i know this is how i want to eat for life. i just need some help with accountability, which i hope i can get from this site.
i don't have a lot of weight to lose - i am currently working on losing 20 lbs., but i have never eaten healthy in my whole life and although i have been thinner i have never been physically fit. so my goal is not only to lose lbs. and inches but to be healthier than i have ever been as well.
    so wish me luck!

    Kewl.

    Welcome aboard.

What kind of exercise plan are you on? There are a lot of good ideas in the exercise forums. That's one of the best ways to improve your health.

thanks guys. i definately need all the help i can get. that's why i'm here of course.
i am not currently on an exercise "plan" but i do intend to correct that. within the next 2 weeks i will have more space in which to exercise at home. in the meantime i have been swimming (already swam 2 hours today - w00t) and i plan on incorporating jogging as well (gotta get my boyfriend motivated again to go with me). in the long run i plan on getting a membership to the local ymca so i can do some serious weight training (my favorite part) and also take advantage of the classes like yoga and pilates (i've been dying to do pilates and i enjoy classes more than videos). so i do have a lot of plans for exercise and i am starting slowly mainly due to space and money limitations. but i'll get there.
