  • Intro post

Hi, I'm new to this site. I am in extended induction. The weight loss is very slow but somewhat steady for me. I'm looking for encouragement here and look forward to reading a lot of posts!

Hi Josie!--I just found my way here yesterday and so far I've had a great time getting to know a few folks here; best wishes on your journey, and know that I'm a slow loser too so you're in good company

Hi Josie! Welcome to I love your avatar. I've got 2 cats and they act like big cats sometimes. Have fun looking around and if you have any questions feel free to ask. Sometimes we're a bit slow or they get lost in the mix so don't be shy on bumping up a post with unanswered questions! This place is filled with very caring people so please be patient with us sometimes! Lol! Glad you're here!

          Re: Intro post

Welcome Josie: I'm a slow loser as well but as long as those pounds come off that's all that matters. You'll find that more inches come off than pounds anyway. That's what people see. There are plenty of folks here to give you support. If one person doesn't know the answer to your question, we can find someone who will. Just don't be afraid to ask it. The answer will be found. Also, if you are having a bad day, just post it and you will find plenty of support.
