  • Introduction

    Hello everybody!
I just found this forum, and i think it is great.

I'm from Portugal, 27 years old and i just finished Induction. I lost 12 lbs on it but i'm not really sure where to go from here. I still have 20 lbs to lose, maybe I should do induction for a little bit more?

    Well, great to be here....

      Hi Betty!

      Thank you for the encouragement..
Well I'm still on Induction.. going on 17 days now.. i'll just do it until the weekend, then I'll go to OWL.

I'm feeling good now, and not bored with the food yet (grilled fish.. humm). I'm a bit afraid of gaining weight back with the addiction of more carbs..

      But we'll see...

Welcome. Hop on over to the OWL board and do some reading, those folks will help you when you're ready to start moving up the rungs! Glad to hear you're doing so well. I stayed with induction foods over 5 months and never tired of them either, there is a lot of variety there, especially if you're willing to try new things from the veggie list!

That's normal to be a bit scared to move on, but lots of people (including me) continued to lose quite well through OWL .. trust the genius behind the plan!

          Wishing you great continued success!
