    heya from Minnesota..

    I've been lowcarbing over 6 years and follow the protein power plan. Maint for 5 1/2 years. I lost 50 pounds in 7 months, originally.
    I like to bike and lift weights.

        Welcome to ADBB, woe. Stories like yours show low carb can indeed lead to long lasting success. Congrats on keeping it off for 5 years, and setting an example for the rest of them to come. Glad you joined our family of low carbers.
