Hi -
I just joined today. This is a great & HUGE community. I have lurked a bit and there are amazing resources here - great work everyone!

I am re-starting my Atkin's Diet & I thought joining would be a great inspiration to stay on track.
Today is my first full day on 14 day induction.
I'm looking forward to getting back in the groove. I feel so much healthier when I pay attention to my carb intake.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you and sharing recipes & success stories.
