So I found this site about a week ago and I absolutely fell in love...best site ever! I've never joined a forum type thing before, but decided it was about time. I'm really excited about meeting new people and getting some extra support. I have been on Atkins in the past, about 2 years ago and lost 30lbs (gained a little back

I started Atkins again 2 weeks ago and have so far lost 15lbs, with a lot of help already from this site. I love this diet but my biggest challenge is that I am not very creative and become easily bored with the same old foods. I have barely scratched the surface of the recipe boards and already have TONS of ideas! I already want to thank everyone who posted their awesome and oh-so-tasty recipes...has helped soooo much.
My ultimate goal is to not only lose the weight but of course become healthy and strong. Ultimately, I wanna get buff! But its definitely harder to do that with all this extra weight on board. I have been lifting weights for 9 months now, but visually dont see much change, so...goodbye bread...goodbye chocolate cake...goodbye refined sugars...you are all evil!!
I can already tell that everyone here is going to be a MAJOR help...yay!

(It really is great, I don't know what I would have done without it) Check out the exercise challenges, maybe join one (they really do keep you motivated) And above all else.....Drink your water (very important) Good luck, I know you will be a great success!
