    Coming back to start again

    Hello all,

I lost 30 pounds last year and plan to start again on Phase II of my weight lost. Two weeks ago I tried to start but it seemed so much harder than last time. I tried to stay away from eating lots of carbs but the last 2 months have been a litte stressful and I gained back about 8 pounds. So I came back here for support. The Website was such a help to me last time. Anyone who has restarted was it harder the 2nd time?

    Thanks, Dana

Re: Coming back to start again

Hello, welcome back. The door is always open and the friendship and support never runs out. Make sure you re-read the DANDR, take your measurements, drink lots of water and exercise. Read the forums in the ADBB and join the challenges to help inspire you to succeed. It won't be long and you'll be motivated as you see the pounds and inches start to melt away again.

Remember the best way to keep on track is to PLAN each and every day to be successful. Don't be caught off guard. Best of luck and keep us posted!!
