Hey fellow Atkiners! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kelly & I will be starting the atkins induction starting Sept. 12th! I couldn't wait to post until then, but I didn't think that an hour prior would matter! Currently weigh 175 & I've noticed that in the past weeks my pants are really starting to get tight & hurt when I sit down in the "fat" tummy area. Unfortunately it took that for me to realize that eating pizza 3 of 4 days a week is not a really good thing! I plan on getting some before & after pics up but not until a few weeks in or so. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome!! You've definitely come to the right place. We are always here to cheer you on and give you advice and encouragment. Remember, you don't have to give up the pizza...just substitute regular pizza with an Atkins Friendly pizza. You can find substitutes for just about every food you desire.
