Hi, it's 12:01am Sunday morning here in Texas and I am starting Atkins! Within past 13 months I have been able to lose 70lbs by exercising and eating well and I want to get rid of the remaining 30 lbs to make it a complete 100. It seems as if the first and last pounds are the hardest for me, so lets hope n pray I can do these! I'm 5'8 and about 173lb...my ideal weight for my height is 125-165lb but I'm leaning more into the 130s and want to get there by November. I need all the support I can get, because after those 70lbs I lost, it seems as if i lost my confidence as well. Strange, I know, but I'm trying my best to gain it back yet lose my last pounds!! So it's been a bit tougher mentally and physically, and well I hope I can meet some friends here who know what I'm going through. Good luck to all!!

Re: Howdy
Welcome to Atkins and ADBB.Congrats on your great success already.
check out our exercise challenges the new 6WEC is about to start cause if you aren't exercising you aren't doing Atkins. Read your DANDR and then reread chapter 11 so you actually understand what you are about to start. Too many folk have false ideas about how to do Atkins and get messed up in the beginning.
Come check out the Century Club too.
