  • Hi to all!!

    I've been a lurker on this board for many many months, but because of my hectic work life, never really posted as I didn't think it was fair to post and ask advice when I wasn't around to reply to other peoples posts. I've now taken three months off, so i'm gonna be around a lot more!!

    All the people on this board have blown me away with the support and knowledge they show each other, and I'm hoping I can join in!

    I've been following this WOL for 10 months, and in that time have lost over 80 pounds, still got a long way to go, but for someone who never thought they could have the will power to loose weight, I am sooo pleased with my progress so far. My downfall has been a lack of excersise which as of today is changing - 1 hour per day minimum, 5 days a week is my goal.

    So I hope to get to know you guys, and hopefully help out where I can, but enough about me, how's everyone doing today??

            I'm so glad you've joined us! Wow, you've done well. Congratulations. You'll love the century club and there are lots of challenges going on, including exercise challenges! Like we say around here, if you're not exercising, you're not doing Atkins. Good for you for getting active.
