    I'm new, nice to meet you all!

    Hi, I'm new and am excited to have started this diet. I pretty much have gained a good 10 lbs over the summer. Drinking those margaritas and beers in the fun grill-out weather did not help me very much. Also, those ice creams stops.

    Anyway, i'm happy to be here and this site is total motivation for me.
