  • I miss you guys.....

    ...and I need HELP

    I started about a year ago and went from 302 LBS down to 272.

    I was overjoyed as well as shocked at the weight loss.

    Well wouldn't you know it. I hurt my ankle running and will need an operation to make it better. Was a real bad time for me. I stopped coming to the board, which led to eating the wrong damn foods and now I'm back up to 302 with a lil more I think. Will check tomorrow.

    I need your strength, ecouragement, maybe just a kick in the @zz to get
    back on the wagon.

    Welcome back. Don't look back, just set your sights to the future and the weight you are going to lose this time. I know you can do it, you did it the first time. Everyone is here to support you. Make sure that besides doing Atkins, exercising, drinking water and taking your supplements that you come here as often as you need to stay motivated. Best wishes!!

      Hi Neon, Have you checked out the Second Time Around Club, its for folks like us who well slipped off and restarting. Also the Century Club is always looking for new members.

        Welcome back! You can do it this time around, and yes, make sure you come to the Second Time around club for peeps like us who stumbled and fell and are getting back up again to cross the finish line! Don't beat yourself up over having gone back tot he same weight again, but rather make your mind up and commit to this WOE and you will feel better again! Nice to meet you!
