Just thought I'd say hello, I've been looking at ADBB for the last two weeks and its been really helpful and inspiring - thank-you all.
I'm on extended induction as from today - as although I stuck to the rules, I couldn't shift my fizzy drink habit and it was all zero carb it all had aspartame in and I think it stalled me, because I started off so well and then stopped. So now I'm going for two weeks with no fizz... hopefully.
Anyway, thanks to everyone for being so inspiring, I just hope I can be as successful as you!

I was thinking I could do it by exercise alone, but after four weeks nothing had changed (I've been alternating an exercise video with weight training) so I decided to start atkins. I did it once years ago but only for a very short term goal, so put back all the weight I had lost and then after I had my baby last year I put on a heap more
