    back--been gone--but here I am again

    This is Skarecrow, returning after 5 months of being gone, and off of Atkins...back at it now, and now some pounds....




    How's my bunny look now? BTW, been back on Atkins for one month....lost 18 in that month...I feel great, and am starting to good better.....love this....
