I am starting again. Yesterday was the first day, and I cheated in the evening. Today, was MUCH BETTER. ate right, and I even did a cardio for 30 minutes without losing air!! my knees hurt. I have a gazelle. I am 5'1, weigh 205 and my goal weight is around 120-125. I am 41, 7 kids most grown, though I have a ten month old baby after having the other kids about grown!!
I quit smoking 3 1/2 years ago. Where I picked up the good chunk of this weight. I have always struggled with my weight, now I know enough stuff, to keep it healthy now it is staying with it and changing my lifestyle. I find this the most absolute and wonderfully supportive board I have ever been to. I am so glad to be a part of it and plan to use it and be helpful to others as well so that I can too, be continually motivated to change my lifestyle habits permanently. Thanks for everyone here!!!
