  • Hello from Singapore!

    hello everyone!

i've just started induction on 30 Oct. i suspect i have the induction flu. i felt really bad today when i was out shopping and had to stop midway to take a cab home cos i was feeling nauseous and weak!

i've been interested in the atkins WOE since 2003 but gave up halfway cos i found it too troublesome to do so much cooking everyday. back then it still wasn't very popular and i had alot of misconceptions as well. i will try to do it right this time!

    so these are my stats:
    22F5ft2" 108/108/92

i'm so happy to see that there are quite a few names that i recognize from back in 2003! a few people who were a great inspiration to me are 2big4mysize, brook, iapteus(??), and many more, a very belated 'thank you' to you all!!

here i go again! wish me luck!

            Hello Clover!

I absolutely love Singapore. I'm from South Africa, and went to Singapore in 1996 (back in the days when i still weighed 60kg!) I've never experienced a hotter climate in my life, the only time I was sweating in the rain!!
Good luck to you, see you around..

hello all again!! thanks for all the welcomes! *feels loved* haha

i've been exercising almost everyday now and my upper body is looking more defined already! still got all of them thighs though :P

i think i've only lost about 2 pounds, is it because i don't have too much to lose?
