Thank you! You know, I went to a party last night and managed to stay away from everything I couldn't eat. For the first time in my life I have willpower with this WOE. I have FINALLY gotten to the point where there is nothing you could put in front of me that is worth me losing control of my eating again. I am so afraid that just one of something will push me to have more that I don't even allow for the littlest cheat. My "cheats" are that I will have something in a rung higher than I am, like nuts from time to time or more of them than I should have. I refuse though, to put anything at any party into my mouth that could make me backslide. Because I know, from experience, that for me, getting up again is much harder than just staying the course now!!

I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

That rocks my friend. I knew you could do it. As for the slips that are nuts...well, there are much worse...like those little devil carrots that are so good in dip. They ought to have a label calling them sugar sticks and I used to eat them by the package to LOSE weight. No wonder!
