    I am starting the induction stage for the first time monday morning. Any good advice????

    We have more advice then you could ever need. Cruise by the Induction and main forums. If you have any medical conditions or spacific concerns you probably find a forum just for you. Need any help finding your way around just PM any moderator.

      To give you some more info on myself, I am a 34 year old male weighing 240 pounds and 5' 11" tall. I would like to get back to 195 pounds that I was back in my college days.

          LOL, my best advise is to
          1) Measure yourself, write it down and then remember where you put it. I wrote it on the inside cover of my Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution. Scales sometimes can be evil
          2) Plan for emegencies. Have legal snacks ready for those snack attacts.
          3) Do both cardio and weight training.
          4) Drink you water, take your supplements and visit us often,

            yep what they said and read your DANDR and follow the chapter 11 induction rules and foods.

              I reckon the best advice I was given was to put the scales away for two weeks... unfortunately I didn't listen
