    I'm formally introducing myself

    Joined almost a month ago. Lost 9 lbs and 17 total in. during induction. Started ongoing induction fell off wagon. Got back on, fell off agan gained 3 lbs. in the process. Not giving up no matter how many times I have to get up and dust myself off. I will lose the weight, Atkins is the way to go! and I believe in myself

    You can do it Zoesmom....just get back on the wagon....I'll get you some glue so you don't fall off again.

      keep it up just think as those as practicing for this time. Check out the second time around forum reffered to as STAC around here.

          I leave such a trail of dust behind me that I kinna look like Pigpen of Charlie Brown fame. LOL
