Hi, my name is steve.....I'm a cosmetologist (= cos guy21) . I've been on the atkins diet now for a week (sat nov.12) I feel a lot better and I tried on some pants that were very tight a year ago and I fit into them.. I'm really excited.... I weigh in at (last time I weighed myself) 315lbs. my goal is to get down to 200lbs. Happy dieting....
