Hi Guys, i live in Kent England, and i have tried the Atkins diet in the past - but only for a week, but did have good results, i think i lost nearly a stone and was very pleased. However, i started back into my old eating ways, and i've put it all back on again. I currently weight 15st 10lbs, i'm 5ft 10", and my wife reckons i don't look big, she says i've got broad shoulders, and maybe i have, but i've still got a lot of fat (in my opinion) around my midsection. My goal is about 14.5st, what is the quickest time i could do that in do you think?
I'm starting back on the Atkins today, i tried it yesterday and did well, only had a packet of pre-cooked chicken (think it was a 250g pack) (no skin on) Carbs = Trace, and fat was about 1g per 100g, and i also had a bottle of spring water, so was really pleased with myself all day until last night when i came home and i really fancied something nice so raided the fridge and cupboards!
