  • No more excuses!

I'm going to stop just talking about it. I'm going to stop just thinking about it. I'm doing it! I'm starting today!
I did Atkins about 2 years ago and reached goal. (Lost 22 lbs.) Went off, and well, you know what happened. I gained every single pound back.
I plan on leaning more heavily on the support offered here. Hopefully, that will keep me on track. You all are wonderful.

              A manly welcome too!
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
              he said, 'Don't count calories.'

                    Re: No more excuses!

Thank you again, ladies and gentlemen! lol! Everyone looks just great. Day one went well and I'm pumped. I started a journal in the journal section. Hopefully it will keep me honest when things get hard.
I'll check out the second time around club. I don't remember going off the plan in the first place. I think I cheated a few times and that is all it took. It was so gradual, but it happened. The weight just snuck right back on and I felt powerless to stop it. Now I understand the term "slippery slope". Now I know better. School of hard knocks...
