  • Just thought I'd introduce myself!

    Hello, everyone! I'm starting Atkins for the third or fourth time tomorrow. I did it in the past with great success. I hope I can do just as well this time around. I'm recovering from depression, so I'm praying that all will go smoothly.

    I'm 5"2 tall, and my exercise plan is Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I have the 2,3 and 4 mile dvds.

    elcome to ADBB and back to Atkins.

    Check out out second time around forum for lots of support from folk who have beeen there.

    Sign up for one of our exercise challenges as all have open enrollement.

    You will not need any luck as it will be your hard work and determination that makes you a successful loser on Atkins
