  • Hello again!

    I'm trying to get motivated again. I need to start. I'm depressed, very insecure, and embarrassed for anyone to see me. I have 2 girls that I do everything for and put myself last, by the time I say I'm going to excercise it's always to late and time for bed, like 10pm. I buy my girls all kinds of cute clothes for them and none for me cause I feel like I look awful so why shop for me. I need to get out of this rut that I'm in.

    I would like some coaches!!! Support, and stay on my *** people!!

    If you are someone whom has been on the diet and could send me some of your menus for a whole day that I could copy what you ate that would help me alot.

    I saw a girlfriend of mine in the shopping center today and she looks awesome and did this, I was totally embarrassed of myself and didn't want her to look at me.

    Hi, kam! It is nice to meet you! You know, I exercise pretty late at night and you can swing that, too. It helps me sleep at night also.

    I can be here to kick you in the hinder, if you'd like. In fact, we're a crackerjack staff of big buttkickers!

    As for diet, I eat the same thing everyday for the most part because I'm devoid of much imagination. If you click on my stats journal in my signature line, you'll get some ideas about what I tend to eat. Like I said, I'm pretty dull~ *laughing*

    Welcome aboard! Soon you'll be so thin you'll have to hula hoop with a Cheerio.

      welcome to ADBB eating somebody elses meal plan will stress you cause your likes aren't the same as anybody elses.

      Get your DANDR chapter 11 out and run down the lists and see what you like. go shopping and buy what you like. cut up the veggies boil the eggs cook some of the meat and have it all ready then when it is time to eat open the frig and let your tastebuds decide what Atkins incution acceptable things you will eat. You will be happier and will stay on plan better with your own eating schedule.

      rmember on Atkins you can eat again as soon as you get hungry so once you have learned baout drinking all your water and know ou are hungry not thirsty feed your hunger and get healthier and smaller.

        Hi kamblue and welcome to ! I'm sure you'll get all the help and support you'll need here! And it's time to put you and your health in the #1 position...that's the best you can do for your daughters, show them how to take care of themselves and be happy and healthy!

          LOL the problem with our menus might be that its food you don't like. What I suggest is to give us some ideas of the foods that you like and we may beable to come up with alternatives.
          Check out the food forum below cause there are tons of ideas there.

            Jamie & Shellie yall look awesome!!!!!! Sorry it took so long for me to reply, I'm from New Orleans and I'm sure yall have heard about Hurricane Katrina. Well, I've just gotten internet at home again and I haven't been able to reply at work lately.

            Please everyone coach me right away! I am planning on starting Monday since Thanksgiving is here. I will update my weight then. My aunt and I are weighing in Sunday night and measureing and taking pictures.

            I bought a ton of eggs, pre cooked chicken and all that stuff.

            Have a Happy Turkey day and I will be back on Monday!

              Well if you like eggs, you are at the right spot. Eggs and bacon, eggs and sausage, omelets, frittadas (can't spell) quiches, scramble, boiled, poached, and even nuked. There was a recipe for an egg Mc Muffin without the muff that I use to love. I would put a slice of canandian bacon in the bottom of a glass cup, add a slightly beaten egg, cheese and a dad bit of cream. OMG it was delicious.
