Welcome Dave!! So happy that you are excited to be starting a new WOE. It makes it so much easier if you aren't feeling like this is a punishment instead of a wonderful adventure you are about to take. I started my jouney in March 2004 and its been the best thing I've ever done. I've made so many friends here, gotten so much support and encouragement and never regretted it for a day!!
