  • But the good news is...

Well, back again for the second time after falling off the wagon in July 05 and gaining back 20lbs in only 4 months. I have really missed reading this board. It is such an inspiration.

This was my spiral down story:

My home treadmill broke, so of course it was too hot to walk outside.

We went on vacation, so of course I couldn't follow Atkins while enjoying it.

I had a few cheats, so of course a few more days, weeks, of cheats won't matter as "I can go back to Atkins next week".

I am feeling very hormonal, so of course I deserve to have this ________ insert many illegal food choices.

I could go on and on with my excuses.

    The good news:

I am back on the wagon.

I am still 20lbs lighter than I was when I started Atkins last July.

I know what to do: I read the book many times.

I was successful before and will be again.

    I am worth it!

Very good to be home again with .

Hi kellygirl2 and welcome back !

I like your lists...it's good to identify excuses you use to cheat...then don't use them again

    And to remember your successes!

    Here's to more success!

ROFL, 2big nothing gets by you, STILL! Darn, you called me out.

Unfortunately, uh, I mean fortunately we got another one.
Anyway, my exercise is 25 minutes on the treadmill 5x week until January 06, when I plan to join a local gym. The membership will be my holiday present from my hubby.

                      what a great hubby.

good for you, but you need to up those minutes Dr Atkins said 30 min and most exercise and weight loss folk will tell you you need 45 min for losing weight.
