my name is sami and i live in canada.
following is my info.
male
5' 10"
waist 38 - 40
age 20
weight 118 kgs
target weight = below 90 kg (even if it is 89 kg)
I have never tried any sort of dieting before. I have tried jogging and exersising a few time but i always give up some how.
I am sick and tired of all this weight and want to control my weight.
All my relatives always get pissed at me and tell me to jog an hour everyday but that seems too difficult for me at this stage.
I heard about atkins diet on the internet and a few of my friends told me it is the best and safest diet out there. so i decided to give it a try.
Can somebody please share their eating schedule with me so that i can get some sort of an idea as to what and when i should eat

I just noticed today that you've been referencing me for a while. I guess that's why I post my fitday journal and all in the first place...so that's great, thanks! I gotta check to see why you think we have such different tastes! LOL!
