if you love to journal and chat start yourself a journal in the journla chat forum if you don't want anybody to vist start it in jurnal stats.
join one of our many exercise challenges. if you are new to Atkins there are the induction forums and if you are a returning to Atkins post a hello in th4e secondtime around forum kknown as STAC
if you are an Atkins vet and just new to ADBB we have forums for every phase so post away if you post in the wroing place just ask a mod to move it.
Welcome to ADBB. There is so much incredible, helpful info here, just read read read, it will all come to you, I'm sure. Try things, you really can't mess anything up, anything and everything you could do can be fixed by a mod!
