    Hello Everyone,

    I am on a quest for health and happiness.
    I am a woman in my late 30's who currently resides in Florida.

    Oh yeah, I need to lose about 150 pounds!
    Back AGAIN for the last time!

    Welcome to the board Itstime. my name is BabyDreamer (Debbie) and I am glad I get to be the first one to welcome you to the board. It is nice to have another member. What are your goals? I read you need to lose 150 pounds, but what are your short-term goals. It takes baby steps in this WOL so you need to set some small goals like 10 pounds and then reward yourself when you reach that goal

      Ok 10 pounds sounds good. Problem is I don't have a scale that goes high enough to weigh me, so I will have to use my clothing as a guide for right now.

          Welcome and well done for making the decision.
          I decided I was finally sick of being fat and being kept back. i want to be all that I can be!
          My best advice is to take one day at a time.
          Good luck bud :O) And get excited, this is the first step, you are gonna look and feel grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!
