    Hello everyone,

    I finally decided to give this Low carb lifestyle a try, today is my first day on induction so any tips and support is greatly appreciated.

      Hello Tia. Welcome to the board. Dive in and enjoy the friendship and advice. The one piece of advice I can give you is variety. The first time I tried this WOE, I was eating boiled eggs, fried eggs, cheese, bacon, and hamburger meat. I burned out quickly.
      This time, I am experimenting with all different types of recipes from this board. It makes a huge difference in being able to stay on track.

        OOO, Tip one, MEASURE yourself
        Tip 2 Read the book/bible
        Tip 3, Don't forget where you put the note with your measurements on like I did
        Tip 4, Eat foods you like so it doesn't feel like a diet.
        Tip 5, start a journal
        Tip 6, www.fitday.com is your friend
        Tip 7, stick with us kid, you won't be sorry.
