  • Hi everyone!

    Hi, I'm new here but not so new to low carbing. I started 26th december last year, lost 45 pounds in 5 months then got stuck. I've been stalled and struggling ever since. Looking around for inspiration I found this place! Hopefully the tough talk here, is what I need to lose the rest!
    Is there a new date for bootcamp posted yet?

    Hi and Welcome Aboard!

    There are a lot of inspiring and motivating posts here along with ideas and suggestions for making the most of low-carbing. Just pull up a chair, go through each forum and you will find many interesting conversations to read. You can also click on "new posts" in the tool bar above and it will show you the active discussions going on.

      Hi! I'm new to this website. I am a 19 years old, and I am HuGe!!! I'm 5'6 and I weigh in at a whopping 220 pounds! I hate my body, and hopefully I can get down to 130. I just need some help and support because I cannot do this alone, or I will cheat every other day. I would like to start the Atkins diet tomorrow. So if you have any suggestions, pLeAsE let me know.

        Hi txgal06! Nice to meet you. I understand how you feel about your body, but don't worry you can get better.
        Have you read the atkins book?
        I'm planning on posting here often to keep me accountable, so hopefully I'll see you round the boards here too!

              Muffles, have you thought about OWL instead of bootcamp?? I see you are nearing your goal, and OWL is the most important step to long term success!! I am on the first rung of OWL (veggies) and I love it!!!!! Do you use fitday.com to help keep track of your carbs and calories?? You have done to well, please share with us!
              What would we do without it?
