Hi Everyone! My name is Nicole and i am 21 and on my third day of induction. I was wondering if you all could help me with a few things. First of all....im not actually counting the grams of carbs( i will be starting that tomorrow however) but i KNOW im not eating over 20. I just recently moved from my home in new york to lancaster pennsylvania and had a death in the family so eating 3 square meals is hard for me to do since i usually dont wake up until around 10am . As soon as all the 21 years of unpacking and everything else is done i will be able to get up early and eat three meals a day. But i feel like i am gaining weight not trying to lose it. I am not used to eating SO MUCH meat and cheese. I mainly ate salad and chicken before atkins, but i feel like i am eating so much!! I also had been on hydroxycut before i started atkins and it shrank my stomach a little but i feel like a blob these last 3 days. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong or what else i can do to eat more veggies or not feel so fat?!? My major concern is that im not eating enough veggies and too much meat. Mainly the past few days i have had swiss cheese, salad, broccoli, salami, hamburger , and a few snack things like flaxseed wafers and mock cream cheese danish. my problem is i dont like a lot of the veggies that are listed. But i have stayed away from coffees, sodas, teas and salad dressings ( used red wine vinegar and oil) even though i can have some of them! Also i have not been able to exercise as much lately can anyone give me some hints on what i can at home to exercise? i had been doing pilates but i got bored with that!Thank you all for your help and i hope you all can be a great source of support for me?? Thanks a bunch!!

! First let me nicely ask if you've read the book Dr.Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition. It's the one we go by here so it will help us to know what you've read. And you don't have to eat tons of meat. They aren't common but we do have vegetarian Atkineers here. Also, here is a website that has lots of meatless dishes that are acceptable on Induction, just look for the *
